911 CALL TO ACTION

THIS IS A 911 CALL TO ACTION.  THIS IS A TIME SO URGENT that truth must rise up from the grave of those who cannot speak for themselves. Last week followers of Jim Jones unveiled a memorial that desecrates the memory of the more than 900 followers, including 305 children, who were massacred in Guyana in 1978. 

As you recall those terrible scenes of THE BLOATED AND SWOLLEN BODIES that were televised around the world remember how the pain still beats in the hearts of the mothers, fathers, children, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles and friends of those left behind.

Who among us would sit quietly while a memorial was built to honor Adolph Hitler whose demonic acts killed so many innocent people during the Holocaust? In the same manner, how can we sit quietly while another madman is being honored in one of the most shameful massacres of our people in recent history?

Time can march on, memories can fade but we must NEVER FORGET HOW JIM JONES FORCED HIS FOLLOWERS TO POISON THEIR OWN CHILDREN AND THEN TAKE THE POISON OR BE SHOT DOWN THEMSELVES. JIM JONES ORDERED THE ASSASINATION OF CONGRESSMAN LEO RYAN AND MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA. IF WE FORGET OUR HISTORY, IT ONLY ENSURES IT CAN HAPPEN AGAIN.

This is a call for you to stand in the gap, to be a witness and slam the door on this terrible desecration. We call on you to remember the immemorial phrase of DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. who said: “TRUTH CRUSHED TO EARTH SHALL RISE AGAIN.”

Truth is being crushed.  Memories are being defaced. Hearts are being broken, but you can ACT NOW.  You can force Truth to Rise again. This is not about class or race it is about American citizens, human beings who were tortured by Jim Jones. We are people with conviction and everyone knows that this is the wrong thing to do. MARIN MONUMENT has given us THE GRANITE. We are LOOKING FOR MONUMENT MAKERS TO HELP FINISH THE WALL. We are looking FOR COMMUNITY LEADERS, PASTORS AND ATTORNEYS TO JOIN OUR ATTORNEY IN THIS COURT BATTLE WITH EVERGREEN TO HONOR THE AGREEMENT THEY GAVE US AND TO SUPPORT THE TRUTH THAT THE CORTEZ’S TOLD IN COURT THAT EVERGREEN DID APPROVE THE WALL THAT THEY DESIGNED.
