The Souls of the Children – We are their Protectors

Where were we on November 18, 1978 when 900 plus members of Jim Jones’s People’s Temple were forced to drink poison flavored Kool- aid or be shot to death? Of these who died were 305 children who were forced to live in the jungles of Guyana, barely eating and being terrorized in the middle of the nigh to hear a shrewd, calculating man scaring them to death.

Today, we still feel the pain, and we feel a sense of responsibility for the Souls of these 305 children.  Forty years later, today, we still strive to continue to honor the Lives of the Children.  How do we rise above the atrocities of this gut-wrenching tragedy that took place on that day?  Cherishing the Innocent Children Memorial (CICM) works to become for all children, Parental Ambassadors, the protective factors that are needed to ensure that children will never suffer these kinds of atrocities again in spite of the severe odds they face in their daily lives. The establishment of the CICM Portable Memorial and a sacred final resting place for the Jonestown Children solidifies our commitment with the hope that those of us committed to the Souls of the Children will become Parental Ambassadors as organizations, churches, leaders, or individuals joining this work.

My Name Is Pastor Jynona Norwood. I Kidnap/rescued My Son To Save His Life From The Jonestown Massacre. God Spared Our Lives Through Revelation Knowledge And Although, I Was Never A Member Of Jim Jones Organization, Our Family Lost The Youngest And The Most Loved Ones In Jonestown, 27 Family Members, Including My Beloved Mother. 17 Children Under 18 Perished in Guyana by a Heinous and Evil Man.

Jonestown Topped The Chart Of Horrific Crimes Inflicted On Children. This Higher Level Of Atrocity Demanded That We Become Parental Ambassadors For All Children Promoting Checks & Balances That Will Never Allow A Jonestown Massacre Of Children To Never Happen Again.

In 2011, Jim Jones Was Honored By His Family & Hierarchy On The Final, Sacred Resting Place Of Mostly Children On Their Mass Grave Site In Oakland. The Jewish Community Would Never Allow Hitler To Be Honored On The Holocaust Memorial.

NOW ON THE 40TH ANNIVERSARY WE, THE FAMILIES, FRIENDS & SUPPORTERS OF THE VICTIMS NEEDS YOUR HELP TO FINISH THEIR PORTABLE MEMORIALL & YOUR PRESENCE
